The pool and the nature around it made it hard to leave. It’s a big country-style pool with different depths, loungers, a great barbecue area, another barbecue, a hammock, and a pool table. We even had marmosets visit. I love animals and nature, so the resident dogs and cats won me over, and my baby was fascinated too. I read some outrageous comments about them, but I’d come back just for the animals. The owners seem like good people, and the animals bring such positive energy. If that bothers you, stay in a building in central Floripa amid the noise, chaos, and pollution. We booked at the last minute on a whim, and the place’s atmosphere drew me in right away. We were 30 km away, but the trip was well worth it. Though it’s in the center, it feels like a quiet little nature retreat, with fresh air and excellent value. Our master suite had a double bed and two singles, all very comfortable, with two pillows each, blankets, sheets, towels, and an extra comforter. The air conditioning worked really well, the bathroom was comfortable, and the large balcony and everything else were clean and smelled fresh. There was also a shared kitchen in our corridor with filtered water, where I could open my wine and make juice. Breakfast was complimentary, with bread, cheese, ham, hot dog sauce, omelet, cake, fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, milk, juice, tea, and biscuits. Parking was easy. The reception staff were so sweet, and we had a nice chat. I recommend it, and our family will definitely return. Wishing you success and good energy!

The cats wandering into the breakfast room really bothered me. They climbed onto the tables and walked over the glasses and plates people were eating from, and the person looking after breakfast did nothing to get them out. I found it very unhygienic, and dogs and cats should be kept out of that room. The inn is quite basic, though the rooms have a decent amount of space for a double and a single bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and clean, and both the air conditioning and shower worked very well. I did find it odd that the bathroom light switch is outside the room. Breakfast itself is very simple. Reception closes at 9:45 p.m., so if you need anything after that, you have to wait until morning. This place is for someone looking to pay little and get basic comfort.

The setting among nature made the pousada feel peaceful, and it’s also well located near the mall, restaurants, and the beautiful Lagoa da Conceição. I traveled with my dog, who loved it there. It’s pet friendly, and the natural surroundings seemed to make him feel right at home. My room was cozy and comfortable, very clean, and the bathroom was well kept and hygienic. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, varied, and carefully prepared. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. It was top-notch!

The service was awful, and the breakfast selection was extremely limited. The place is in a remote area, and getting to breakfast means walking through the rain because it’s far from the rooms. It’s also a long way from both the northern and southern beaches. They tried to charge me half a day for leaving my things two hours before check-in, plus a full day in advance for no reason. Then a “retired surfer” threatened me over damage to a piece of furniture worth R$60. Worst experience I’ve had in 30 years of traveling around the world, 15 years of trips to Floripa, and 10 years as a Google reviewer. Avoid this unpleasant experience.
