The reception coffee machine is a great touch, and I loved how cozy and spotless my room was. The cleaning lady did a really good job. Check-in on my own felt pretty average, though, and nobody helped with my luggage when I arrived. Service was a bit better the next day, so I’m keeping the rating as is and hope it improves.

The room was on the small side, but very clean and had what I needed. For a short stay in downtown Florianópolis, this simple hotel is good value. You get what you pay for.

We booked two nights but left after the first. Room 5 was terribly loud, right on the street, and the rooms are really small. The bathroom was old and unclean. A terrible stay.

The room smelled bad, the shower was broken, and there was no food or breakfast. Just a bad experience all around.

It’s basic, but has what you need for a stay in Florianopolis. The internet could use improvement.
