Pousada Mariuá

The place is spotless, the rooms are very clean, and breakfast is great. The staff are attentive and polite, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. It’s very close to all the beaches, and the location works well if you don’t have a car, the pousada is less than 10 minutes from the bus station. I’m in love with Boiçucanga 😍 and I’m staying at @pousadamariua today. Special thanks to Amaury for being so courteous. Hugs to everyone!

Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options for carbs, protein, juices, and more. The guesthouse has spacious parking and a lovely leisure area on the ground floor. Across from the hotel there’s a huge field with a pool and a grass volleyball court. Our room was spacious and had bunk beds, a clothes rack, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The bed was large and comfortable, and each guest got a bath towel and a face towel.

The constant noise from an exhaust fan on the neighboring property bothered us. It was right beside our room, No. 3, and ran all the time, even in the early hours. Otherwise, the guesthouse has a great breakfast, a nice leisure area with a pool and court, plenty of parking, and a good location about 600 meters from the beach.

My husband, the kids, and I loved our stay, and I’d definitely recommend it. The staff were very friendly, the parking was good, and the location worked well. Breakfast was tasty and the pool was nice. The only thing I noticed was that the grass around the pool was a bit high, so we couldn’t use the court and the barbecue area. That seems fixable. Congrats to the owner!
