Liliane took great care of us and was attentive to everything. I booked from Argentina and paid a deposit for one night, choosing the place because it had good reviews. Here, what would be called furnished apartments rented by the day are referred to as a “hotel.” Parking spaces are assigned randomly; we were lucky to have a covered spot except on our last day, which was a nice extra. The pool is small, but it was empty on one of the days we came back from the beach, so we got to enjoy it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and the beach was four blocks away, an easy walk. There’s a supermarket nearby, though it’s still worth going to the wholesale store for groceries during your stay. I recommend this accommodation.

The place is spotless and has a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. It’s close to the beach, with a market almost next door, plus a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is excellent and served until 10. The price is fair, and the hosts make you feel at home. I’d recommend it and plan to come back!

The best part of staying here was the care from the staff. I spent six days being looked after with so much attention and kindness, and Liliane, Tamirez, and Jorge made the whole stay feel easy and cozy. The place was welcoming and clean, with fresh, lovely-smelling bed and bath linens. I highly recommend it.

The service was awful. They don’t seem interested in helping customers: there’s no phone number online, and when I tried WhatsApp, which doesn’t offer calls, I got a bot with multiple choice options. It was a terrible experience. If they won’t even talk to people trying to book, why would anyone risk staying there? Maybe it’s unwillingness, laziness, or cost cutting on something basic, I don’t know. For all I know, I’d arrive and get wet towels through a little window. BE CAREFUL. Anyone who can’t be bothered to speak with potential guests shouldn’t be in hospitality. I hope they go bankrupt so a more attentive management can take over.
