The rooms are roomy and clean, though mine was short on usable outlets. Most were tucked behind or under the bed and hard to reach. The interior feels a little dated, but the place is tidy and pleasant overall. It's close to the Florianopolis bus station, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and polite.

I could get my washing done there, which was handy, and breakfast was great with a lovely view. The place felt like a complete oasis, very clean and relaxing, with kind, helpful staff and a really comfortable stay. Obrigada 🙏🏻

I picked Berghaus at random for my first trip to Florianópolis, since I didn't know the city. It turned out to be a cozy spot with comfortable beds and spotless cleaning. Rosi and André, a foreign couple whose country I can't remember, made a real difference with their exceptional service. They were always ready to help. From there, you can walk to the city center in just a few minutes if you enjoy walking. Berghaus is an affordable, comfortable place to stay, and it really surprised me.
