The facilities were the one thing I’d recommend. We paid extra to stay here as a family, but the service was disappointing. They took our hair straightener from the room and we never got it back, even though I’d left its box there for storage. The owner or manager was friendly at times and not at others. Room cleaning and fresh sheets were hard to come by, and they supplied just one roll of toilet paper per week. They seem very careful about spending: the safe costs extra, and if you leave something switched on, they threaten a fine even though the key card can turn it off.

The staff were very helpful, though the owner was completely unfriendly. Rooms are small, and they were perfectly clean only on the first day. They also don’t top up the toilet paper.

There was no water for almost a day, and money went missing from our belongings. I’d rather not repeat what the owner said about it. They also never cleaned the room or changed the towels.

The location is excellent, but there’s no elevator and the Wi-Fi is unreliable. Water was shut off for a full day, with no solution offered. Room cleaning and towel changes happen only once a week, and they provide a single toilet paper roll for the entire stay and family group.

They don’t have their own parking, so you have to hand over your keys while they shuffle the cars around. The owner is incredibly rude, and they don’t change the towels or come in to clean. There’s no dish soap, dish towels, rags, or toilet paper. The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out, I got a broken cup, and some utensils were missing.
