The property has potential, but maintenance, noise control, and staff attentiveness need work. The constant disturbances made it hard to rest and really affected the stay. The rooms feel outdated and need renovation, and the construction and finishings look worn and neglected compared with what the property leads you to expect. Staff were generally polite, but seemed careless and inattentive to details, which made the service feel less professional than expected. I was unfortunately disappointed.

The neighborhood was very quiet and close to other, more popular beaches, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We visited in low season, so it wasn't busy. The ocean view from our room was incredible, and I highly recommend asking for one with a view. The hotel's location is superb, right in front of the ocean and a one-minute walk from the pool. Breakfast was really good. You can tell the hotel is a little old and needs updating, but the view, price, and accommodations were such a good combination that we didn't mind.

The beachfront location is the real draw, right in front of the ocean. Rooms are simple but good, just decent for the price. The restaurant has pretty good choices for different tastes and serves by the pool. Beach chairs and towels are included, and the staff are mostly friendly. Some things, like the towels and bathroom, could be better.

The room is well equipped, with air conditioning and a television, and the hotel's location is very good, right in front of a great beach. The service and attention were good too. But the internet connection is VERY bad. I'm having trouble even sending WhatsApp messages or searching on Google.

The place in Florianopolis is nice and attractive, and I thought the overall rate was good. The rooms are a little small, and the room service menu doesn't offer much. I was there during a low-demand period, so I did find it a bit expensive, though I'm not sure how the price compares at other times.
