The room's condition was disappointing, especially the mildew on the windows, which didn't meet an acceptable standard. The price was still decent for what the hotel offered, and breakfast surpassed my expectations with its range and quality.

The room I booked had a king bed, but I was given a cheaper queen bed with a spring mattress instead. The pillows and sheets were flat and felt extremely cheap. Lighting was poor enough that I had to leave the TV on for extra brightness, and sewage smell came through the bathroom pipes, so I kept the bathroom door shut. When I raised these problems and asked to end my reservation early, management refused. I'm still disputing extra charges they won't refund. The hotel isn't what its ads and photos suggest. Its search placement is good, but the pictures look much nicer than the actual place. Don't stay here expecting the advertised high quality. I think its rating should be 7.0 at best, and I wouldn't trust these business practices.

I checked out after three nights because the stay was completely unsatisfactory, but they're trying to make me pay for the full seven night reservation. The rooms don't look like the photos, and the bathroom smelled of sewage. I don't consider the place fit to stay in and believe I should receive a full refund on health and safety grounds.

The room was spacious, with attractive interior design, and the atmosphere felt refined. The staff were nice, and breakfast was great. It's a well-located business hotel in the city center, with no gym, pool, or similar facilities. Our room didn't have a notable view.
