We rented chairs and a beach umbrella, but they were broken by the time we got to the beach. The water from both the shower and taps also smelled strongly of rust, and it stained my nails, hair, and some clothes. The shower itself was badly clogged; I asked for maintenance and got no response, so my husband fixed it himself. The guesthouse has its good points, but the owners should put more into the facilities. The second-floor railing is extremely low, which felt dangerous with children playing around and could lead to an accident even with adults. We had a poor stay and don’t plan to come back.

The apartment was comfortable, and the beach is only a few meters away. The town center is also fairly close, with a bus stop nearby. It works fine if you just need somewhere to sleep, but not if you plan to spend the day there. We had delays with service and check-in, and the towels arrived late even though we’d asked for them ahead of time.

We stayed as a family in an apartment with two bedrooms, each meant for four people, though only one had air conditioning. There are two shared grills, and whenever we wanted one, at least one was free. The Wi-Fi could be faster, but it’s usable. The guesthouse is good.
