Interclass Florianópolis

I enjoyed the hotel in every way, from the room to the restaurant and room service. Elem, the floor person handling room service on my floor, was especially friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were extremely nice too, and the food was carefully prepared.

Breakfast was better than expected, and the bed was comfortable. We had a pleasant stay, though noises from inside the walls or pipes kept waking us up. I also don’t think parking should cost extra when the lot is in the building. There weren’t enough toiletries for two people, either. They should provide more soap and shampoo. Still, my overall impression was good.

The price felt fair for the service. Breakfast was good, the bed and shower were okay, and the room had a minibar. Room service runs 24 hours, and the cleaning was fine too. The room was small, and although the air conditioning worked well, it smelled bad, probably because the filter was dirty. The internet was very slow.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, a little larger than European standards. Breakfast was generous and the staff were friendly. I imagine airline staff stay here often, since I saw lots of them coming and going.
