Pousada Barra Nativa

We've been visiting Barra for six years. In March 2025, three of us found Barra Nativa, and the couple who run it were lovely. Everything was impeccably clean. It's eight blocks from the beach, and having a car makes it easy to reach Mole, Ingleses, and other beaches. I'd choose them again if I return. Thanks for the excellent service, which you don't find everywhere.

We were really satisfied with the value and left happy with our stay. The room matched the photos, was clean and well cared for, and had everything working properly for preparing meals. The owner who helped us was polite and pleasant. It's a little far to walk to the beach, but several beaches are close by car. There's parking, and laundry is available at a discount; you can also use the sink and clothesline in the apartment. They even have a barbecue and lend out the skewers.

Seu Ademir was so nice, even lending us an umbrella when we arrived in rainy weather. The Pousada Barra Nativa is on a quiet street, less than ten minutes from the beach and close to markets. Rooms have a full kitchen, a good mattress, shelves, TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom, and air conditioning. There's also a private barbecue area, a nice extra for Barra da Lagoa guesthouses. They clean the rooms and change towels every two days, and change the sheets every four. The management also lends out grills and skewers and cleans them.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the place was kept very clean. It's a beautiful, comfortable, practical spot, with reliable internet and a barbecue grill for each apartment. The parking area has plants that give it a special touch.
