They only change the linens and clean on Fridays. One rainy day we tried to have mate in the shared area, but the owner's mother angrily sent us away, even though a sign in the room said the grill area was available. They should treat guests more kindly.

We were in room 202, a simple inn that could be fine if it were better maintained. There were several problems, and it got tiresome dealing with one after another. When we reported the clogged shower, they fixed it politely, and the service was good. Still, proper cleaning and maintenance could have prevented most of this. A rainy day brought two leaks, one dripping onto the bed and another beside it. The air conditioner vents for our room and the one next door opened onto our tiny balcony, making it unbearably hot there, and it stayed wet from leaks. Even when we emptied the cut-off water jug, it would just fill up again. The wardrobe had a smell so strong that anything touching it came away stinking. I really mean that, our clothes smelled awful, so we couldn't store anything in it. When I first turned on the shower, I got an electric shock. The knob was wrapped entirely in electrical tape, as if they'd run short of tape somewhere. The TV was there, but the menus froze and wouldn't open.

The staff were good, but the breakfast was as sparse and basic as it gets. They clean only on Fridays, so guests are left to manage themselves. There's just one broom and dustpan in the hallway for everyone to share.

The women working at breakfast were much friendlier, but the rest of the service left a lot to be desired. One woman who says she's “the owner's mother” is extremely rude. She doesn't know how to deal with customers, insults people, and kicks them out of places.
