The pool was consistently clean, with a lovely view, and you could hear the waves from the master bedroom. Every apartment looks out over the ocean. The place is close to the center but still peaceful, and there’s somewhere to eat and a supermarket just two blocks away. Ingleses Sur beach is right across the street. The owner was very attentive. Chairs and umbrellas are available for an extra fee, and on some days they make really good homemade pizza. There’s also a fridge stocked with a few drinks, which is convenient. One thing to check before picking a place in Florianópolis is whether the nearby beaches are safe for swimming. The weekly report on the “Balneabilidade” website can help, though beaches listed as unsuitable usually stay that way through the season. The beaches by the condominium were marked red, so we walked 15 minutes to get to one marked with a blue flag. I’d definitely come back.

The view is gorgeous, and the owners are fantastic. We got amazing service. 10/10!
