The condo is peaceful and secure, and everything runs flawlessly. Ponta das Canas central beach is just a five-minute walk away.

We only spent a few days here, but found it peaceful and safe. There are several shops close by, along with two supermarkets. Ponta das Canas beach is about 100 meters away, and Lagoinha do Norte beach is roughly 1000 meters away.

Completely unprofessional! They sent me the bank details at 15:31h, then canceled my reservation just 50 minutes later, saying I hadn’t made the deposit. They didn’t even call me. What if I had made a DOC? What would have happened then? And it didn’t end there. When I called the inn at 20:35h, I explained what had happened to someone named Luiz. He said I should have “checked this (referring to the reservation) quickly,” then hung up on me. What were they trying to do? It seemed to me they were trying to benefit another potential guest with a longer stay. Absolutely no professionalism!

Luiz was really friendly and kept an eye on what guests needed. The place is neat, new, and thoughtfully equipped, though I did miss having air conditioning and beach chairs. Bringing those from far away is a hassle. I'd definitely recommend it.
