The staff were friendly, but there’s no service after 10 pm if you need something. We were first put in the worst room, with no view. The window nearly fell on me, and the door was falling apart and hard to lock. Breakfast was disappointing too, despite the good reviews here. After some serious negotiating, we got a better room in another building. We were told they were repairing and upgrading the infrastructure.
