The resort itself is beautiful, but that couldn’t make up for the poor service and the way the untrained staff treated us. Security were extremely rude and even yelled at us when we only asked a question. Then a rude woman, who turned out to be an administrative employee, accused us of not being resort guests because we didn’t have the paper wristband. It breaks the first time you go into the pool. They make their living from tourism, but don’t do much to show it. If they don’t like short-term rentals, they should hold a meeting to change how the properties are owned.

The apartments are lovely and have what you need for a stay that feels close to luxury. The complex also has a big pool and first-class shared facilities. My one complaint is the underground parking: getting in is awkward, and it’s so narrow that inexperienced drivers or large vehicles could scrape the walls. The columns inside are a bit of a nuisance too, a design issue.

The apartment had no kitchen utensils, and the towels came with filthy rags. The owners were no help, and nobody gave us any information or guidance. Staff were rude. A terrible vacation, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A lovely place to rent for a family getaway. It’s well positioned for checking out different beaches around the island 👍

The party room is quite pleasant, right by the pool.
