Pousada Dona Alice

Great.

Priscilla was kind as always, and the house was clean and really nice. The location is handy too, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was our second stay at the inn, and we’ll probably return next year. There’s air conditioning, parking, and a full set of dishes. I highly recommend it.

The care and warmth they show guests really stood out. They’re transparent and seem to put love into everything. The place was spotless, and whenever something came up, it was handled quickly. Priscila even noticed on her own when we needed something and brought it over, like the microwave one day. Since I wasn’t too busy, they kindly moved us to a better room than the one we’d booked so I could work remotely. The best inn I’ve ever stayed at, highly recommended.

This pousada was a huge change from the other place we were going to stay when we arrived in Florianopolis. That experience had been awful, with an unclean space, an unpleasant atmosphere, and a poor welcome. Here everything was extremely clean, organized, and cozy, and the people were so kind, polite, and attentive. You can feel the care in the details. This place really was worth the experience and the money.
