The beach by the hotel is long and lovely, and the location is amazing. Breakfast was very good, with tasty, quality food, and the staff were friendly. The rooms feel a bit overrated, but they were cleaned very well. Highly recommend.

The hotel is right by Joaquina Beach, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. On-site parking is a big plus, and there are good restaurants nearby as well as Lagoa da Conceição. Igor deserves a special mention. He's professional, attentive, and always willing to help. He really makes a difference to the service and the whole experience at Cris Hotel in Joaquina.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and available around the clock. The hotel sits on a beautiful beach, with a relaxing coastal feel. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, but decent supermarket choices and buffet-style dining are limited. Our room was spacious, with a cozy balcony and a lovely sea view. The air conditioning worked well, and the refrigerator was quiet. The shower could have been hotter, but it was usable.
