I’m vacationing in Porto Seguro, Brazil, and this was an excellent place to stay. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower has separate hot and cold controls so you can mix the temperature to your liking. The mattress was clean and really comfortable. The employees were polite and did their jobs very well, and the service was excellent. I liked the location near downtown Porto Seguro, which kept transportation costs lower than going to other beaches. The Complete-chesse and chicken-egg hamburgers were delicious, too. I speak Portuguese, so I didn’t need to use English; I don’t know whether the employees speak English or another language.

We had trouble unlocking our door after check-in. Even though we had a booking, it took quite a while for them to find us an available room. Apart from that, it’s a really good hotel and I highly recommend it.
