The place was dirty and smelled bad, even though the price was above average for the area. The cleaner seemed careless and didn’t do the job properly. The owner tried his best, but that didn’t really make the stay better.

Cristiano made the stay for us. He’s an Argentinian through and through, even with the flag hanging by the entrance, and he was incredibly kind and attentive to what we needed. This is easily the best pousada for a comfortable stay. It’s our place in the Laguna.
The family-like feel and leafy setting were lovely, with outdoor showers to relax in. It’s also close to shops, the fair, boat rides, the center of the lagoon, and beaches like Mole and Joaquina. We had a great time and plan to come back. The pousada has a great view of Lagoa da Conceição, and Cristiano was very helpful, including with restaurant recommendations.
