Pousada Santo Sol Transportes Turíticos

We've stayed at this pousada so many times, I've lost count. Maybe five! Haha. It's a pleasant, calm place, especially in the late afternoon, and the room is always clean, which matters a lot to me. We rent a car to get around, and it's handy to have a bakery, market, and good range of shops nearby. At night there are lots of choices for restaurants, ice cream shops, and more. I definitely recommend it. Already thinking about coming back! ✈️😎

The owner raised the rent by 50%, above the maximum 37% increase set out in the contract. After that increase, all six tenants in different apartments left. We agreed in person that 950 of my 1,500 deposit would be returned. After I had left the pousada and no longer had the key, the owner deposited only 750. In response to the owner's reply: yes, you chose not to renew my rental, but what about the other five? Haha. Agreeing on an amount in person and then changing it once I've left is extremely unethical.

I spent nine days at this inn and found it simply beautiful. The rooms were spotless, and the grounds were well cared for and always clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming to tourists. It's only a few blocks from the beach and minutes from downtown Florianopolis, so it's convenient and close to everything. I highly recommend it. We'll be back!

They bring breakfast to the room, which was a really nice perk. The place feels cozy, the service was very good, and it was easy to find, quite close to Lagoa da Conceição. I did miss having a hair dryer in the bathroom and a microwave, but that was a minor thing.
