I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s very unattractive, costs a lot for what’s offered, has no comforts, and the owner’s service was very poor.

The beach is only 100 meters away, and you’re right in the city center, but the nighttime noise made it hard to sleep. We stayed in March in a suite for two, and the experience was a letdown. The linens and towels were extremely old, the mattress was hard, torn, dirty, and worn out, and there was a persistent damp smell. The 14-inch CRT TV sat on a bracket over the door and was impossible to watch. When we arrived late from the airport, we had to go to the supermarket for basic supplies they hadn’t provided, including matches, soap, detergent, a dish sponge, and toilet paper. The property needs maintenance. The people in charge were friendly at arrival, but after that they were very hard to reach. When we left, the key was accepted by someone we’d never met. I discussed these problems with the managers at the time, which is why I’m posting them here. I don’t recommend staying here.

Residencial Casabella consists of six duplex or triplex units, each with a different owner. I believe this may be one of the units its owner rents out.
