The cabin had loads of room and was lovely, with a small kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, and its own hammock. The staff were lovely too, and it was right on the beach. Some days the service was slow because members of the public could order from the restaurant as well, so we waited quite a while. The food, drinks, and staff made up for it. The location was good, though noise from the main road was unfortunate.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good, and the amenities and restaurant were very good, with direct access to the beach.

The beach location is hard to beat, and I had good service, especially at the beach. The drinks were also good. I stayed six nights, though, and the cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. My room had hair everywhere, dust, and random stains on the furniture and glass surfaces. There was a Jacuzzi outside the room, and an unpleasant smell there needed attention. I'd recommend it for the location, but expect cleaning and maintenance below what you'd expect from a four-star hotel.

The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived two hours early. They didn't even ask about early check-in, just got our room ready with a cradle for our baby and let us in. The restaurant staff were outstanding too, and breakfast there was incredible. Everything was clean, and the hot tub with the ocean view worked well. I'm pretty sure I'll try to stay here again when I come back to Florianópolis.

I spent about three weeks here and had one of my most relaxing vacations. From the hammock on my room's porch, with the ocean view suite and its daily postcard-like scene, I'm saying farewell to this beautiful place. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. When small issues came up, they were responsive, professional, caring, and went above and beyond. It was worth every minute, and I'll return every year. I did leave for three days to Jurere International and stayed at one of their 5-star resorts, then came running back here as fast as I could. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
