Residencial las dunas

At 12 pm they told us to come back at 3 pm, then canceled our reservation and lied about it. I work in a hotel and know how Booking.com works. We returned to complain at 3:15 pm, but nobody showed up. We were stranded and stressed, trying to find somewhere else, and it ruined the start of our vacation. What an awful experience. Don't go there.

Terrible service. The person responsible for customer service was extremely rude and showed no care at all. They acted in bad faith, trying to charge amounts outside the platform we booked through. I don't recommend it.

The room was spacious and had a kitchen with some household utensils. I felt really comfortable there, and the owner was welcoming and respectful. I stayed in June 2024, and choosing this place was a great decision. It’s well located and affordable, with Praia dos Ingleses and Praia do Santinho both easy to reach on foot. I’d definitely recommend it.

Please be careful about check-in. I was told on arrival at 5:55 p.m. that check-in was only from 3 to 5 p.m., which left me out on the street. When I called the contact number, the person said the time had passed and nothing could be done. I asked if I could pick up the key, but that wasn’t offered because they said they were traveling. They claimed to have tried contacting me, but there were no missed calls or messages. It was my first time in Floripa, and I’d come from another state without knowing anyone or anything there. Thankfully, the company I booked the package through was a large one and moved me to a wonderful hotel.
