The apartment was quiet and had air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with central heating, and both the Wi-Fi and TV worked well. Everything was organized and clean when we arrived. We were also glad they asked guests to wear masks in the common areas. The kitchen had utensils, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella. They changed our bed and bath linens during the stay and provided shampoo and soap. Shambala Floripa is in a great spot in Jurerê, close to restaurants, a market, a pharmacy, and ice cream shops. Lilian welcomed us warmly and gave us tips on cheaper markets. We were pleased with the location, the quiet surroundings, and the reception from Lilian and Marta.

The facilities are basic, but the owners were accommodating and very helpful. It rained a lot while we were there, and the owner warned us the garage could flood. We still had a good stay.

Everything in the room worked, and the guesthouse was clean. The owners were attentive too. There's no breakfast, but they provide an electric coffee maker and a minibar in the room. Good value for money in Jurerê.

The owners were so warm and helpful that I felt at home. Pousada was lovely, and the location is great, just a few steps from Jurerê beach, with good restaurants nearby and a supermarket next door. I'll be back!
