The neighborhood felt safe, with restaurants and bars close by. The pousada itself was peaceful, clean, and well located, and Flavio was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed being there.

Please read what happened to me. The service was completely offensive. The pousada didn't provide its rental or cancellation rules when the booking was made. My girlfriend later tried to cancel, and they said part of the amount would be deducted. That hadn't been disclosed at the time, but we accepted it and weren't upset about that. After a very heated WhatsApp exchange with the attendant, they returned the Pix payment to the account. At the end of the conversation, though, they sent a word that was humiliating, offensive, and deplorable. A company dealing with people should be respectful in any situation, even when tempers are high. Offensive words have no place and can affect anyone's life. There is no justification for what they did. In response to the pousada's comment, we have a screenshot of the conversation and the audio. My girlfriend wasn't rude at all. If she had been, I wouldn't be defending her. The Solar da Pétalas staff were the ones who used insults and verbal aggression. As for hotel rules, it seems only reasonable to give them to customers. Nothing was said or sent about the changes made in the first amendment. Either way, the way they acted was deplorable. They seemed intent on hurting a woman's dignity with the words they sent.

Everything was very clean, organized, and felt safe, from the entrance through to the rooms. The hotel is right in the center of the lagoon, close to banks, pharmacies, markets, and restaurants. The owner, Flávia, is very attentive to guests and makes sure nothing is missing. Her dog Tarantino, a 60 kg black Labrador, is a very sweet, well behaved big kid. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
