The location is great, and the accommodations suited us perfectly. Everything was clean, all the equipment and Wi-Fi worked, and the service was excellent.

The location worked very well for us, close to the shopping center and its many conveniences. We were there for a nearby race, and street parking was easy; the area seemed safe. For one or two nights, without needing a long stay, I'd recommend it. It depends on what you're looking for: if you spend all day out and only use the place to sleep, it can be very functional. If you expect the comfort and service of a conventional hotel, look elsewhere. My experience score: 4.0, it did what we needed. Overall score: 3.5. The listing needs to explain the property clearly. It's not a flat, Airbnb, inn, or hotel, but literally a simple, functional 12 m2 suite including the bathroom. The sea air has worn it down, and it needs better maintenance. In the bathroom, the electric shower was weak and hard to adjust, the toilet had a very bad smell suggesting a drain problem, the sink water flow was weak, and the lighting was dim. The room's cleanliness was reasonable, but the mold smell on entering left a bad impression. It seems the rooms may only be opened when guests arrive. It's small, with harsh white lighting. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean. The air conditioning was good, the wardrobe reasonable for the small room, and the furnishings simple and plain. There were a sink, cutlery, sandwich maker, microwave, electric kettle, plates, glasses, cups, a minibar, a noisy dehumidifier, good Wi-Fi, and a 28 or 32-inch TV that I didn't turn on. Outside, there's a deck with a table and parasol. There is no parking lot, though there are three or four spaces along the sidewalk in front. There's no reception or breakfast. Nobody mentioned a shared kitchen, pool, or jacuzzi to me. There were no services included: guests contact Sr Oliver on WhatsApp, and he was attentive and welcomed us in person. Daily towel changes and room cleaning aren't provided unless requested, and then there's a fee.

I loved the location, a lovely spot near the beach. I felt very comfortable, and the staff were so attentive.

It's been wonderful 🥰. Such a cozy place, surrounded by nature and full of peace and quiet 🙏. The people welcome you with open arms and such great energy. Highly recommend.
