Villes de France - Centro de Floripa

Everything was well organized, and the location was very good. The pool area could use more afternoon sun. We had a very good stay and will return.

Villes de France has lost much of what made it a good place to live. It used to be known for peace, safety, and respect for the community rules. Since rentals through platforms like Airbnb were allowed, fixed residents have had constant reason to worry instead of enjoying the quality of life the condominium once offered. The shared spaces, especially the pool, are often overcrowded and noisy, with loud music and disregard for the rules. What used to feel family-friendly and welcoming can now be uncomfortable and chaotic. Garage parking has also become a recurring issue: residents get blocked in by temporary guests, who often bang car doors against neighboring vehicles and show little care. It used to feel safe to leave a key in the car, but that's no longer practical, since short-term renters aren't properly screened or guided. There are also two-bedroom apartments being rented to as many as 10 people. That leads to overcrowding, disruption, and wear on the condominium's facilities.

We carried out an impressive renovation of the condominium's party room, with a great project by architect Etiene Amaral Arcari. Everyone at the condominium was organized and helpful, from the maintenance and cleaning staff to the gatehouse team and the manager, Mr. Jandir. He managed the work impeccably. The project wouldn't have been possible without everyone's quick, helpful support throughout.
