Edifício Preamar 703 Perto da Feirinha da Beira Mar

I rented the apartment for 10 days, and when I arrived I found that the air conditioner in one bedroom wasn’t cooling. I’ve been waiting since yesterday for someone to come check it, but nobody has shown up, even though I’ve contacted them several times. We spent today in the apartment waiting for the person they said would come, and still nothing. With no ventilation in the apartment, I think this will be another night without sleep. A disaster!

We’re staying at condomínio edifício Preamar, and the apartments are great. Ours was in good condition, with a 24-hour reception desk and working elevators. The location is excellent, close to Pão de Açúcar. I liked it and plan to recommend it to everyone who comes to visit Fortaleza. It’s a great place to stay with family.
