The location is wonderful, right in the center and close to the Beira Mar market. It feels safe, and you can walk to lots of attractions, cafés, restaurants, and tours. The welcome at reception was warm, and everyone was friendly, attentive, and ready to help. The whole team did a great job, from cleaning and maintenance to service. It’s convenient and charming, with great value for money. One of the best places I’ve stayed in the area. I highly recommend it!

We were treated badly for no reason by the receptionist, who asked intrusive questions and gave us a poor welcome. The location is very good, but I won't stay here again.

We spent 11 days here with our family and really liked the flat. Everything was organized, and having a garage was great. The only other downside is the pool, which is just one meter deep. Several times, guests in other flats left their balcony doors open and deliberately walked around naked inside. With children with us, that was embarrassing and disrespectful. I reported it to reception after repeatedly seeing a naked man on the balcony of the apartment opposite. Apart from those issues, everything else was a 10.
