The bathroom was filthy and stained, with hair everywhere. It clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest left. The mattresses were awful and hurt my back and shoulders, and the sheets were dirty too. Breakfast was just as bad: the cups and plates were greasy, the melon was sour, and the coffee tasted burnt. It was the worst experience of my life and absolutely not worth it. The place could be simple and still clean, but there was no care taken at all.

The air conditioning and minibar worked perfectly, and the service from Gerliane was excellent. The location wasn't great, a bit far from Meirelles and Iracema. The bed was an old spring mattress and awful for my back. The sheet had a hole in it. The bathroom was small, and the shower only ran cold, with no electric heater.

The breakfast was good, and the inn is in a convenient location. The staff were polite and welcoming. Rooms are basic, but fine for a short stay, and having a minibar in the room is a plus.
