The room was a huge letdown. I had to ask them to change the dirty bedding, and there was a strong mold smell with no ventilation. The bathroom was moldy too, and even the shampoo wasn’t good quality. I had a horrible night. The hotel is in a great location, though, and the receptionist was very kind.

I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness. The beds were dirty and covered in hair, and the blankets and towels had a strong smell.

The building itself is good, but the stay left a lot to be desired. We changed rooms twice, the first time because of a bad smell, and the bedding was stained and had to be changed after I asked. Danieli and Marcelo at reception were the bright spot. Danieli was especially attentive and quick to help.

Marcelo, our host, was polite and welcoming, and the place felt cozy. We’ll come back.
