Flat 208-1 is badly outdated and in catastrophic condition. There’s mold on the walls and the paint is peeling, with fresh paint repeatedly put over it to fool tenants. Watch out: the landlord, Perdigão, didn’t return the deposit!!!! The alleged fraud was reported to the police.

The sea view is lovely, and it’s a really nice place to stay, even if it’s simple. I do think the balcony railing feels a little unsafe.

What was listed on Booking.com was a sea-front apartment, 1002B, with lovely photos. When I arrived, I was put in the back apartment, 1008B, which was filthy and still had the previous guest’s belongings. It was completely different from the listing and nothing like the pictures. A total rip-off. The place is managed by a Portuguese man and the whole thing was a runaround. I canceled my reservation and complained to Booking.com. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

The garage gate looks like it’s from 1970 and has no automatic opener, so the poor doorman has to push it open and shut. The building is dirty and, judging by its overall condition, the building manager has completely abandoned it.
