The facilities and breakfast were poor.

The only real advantage was being close to the beach, but that didn’t make up for the treatment we got, especially since we spent New Year’s Eve there after choosing this place for the holiday. The reception staff were hostile and gave terrible service. The front door was kept locked, and it took ages for anyone to let us in. Breakfast came in kits handed out by the staff, with very few options and no real effort to find out what we wanted. They even hid the mineral water served with breakfast so we wouldn’t drink it. Room service didn’t happen until the day before we left. By then the trash was overflowing and we’d run out of toilet paper. We asked to use the kitchen area to eat meals we’d bought, and the receptionist insisted we wash our plate afterward. I would have done that anyway, but she spoke as if we were staying there as a favor instead of paying guests. This place would have to improve a lot just to be bad. I’m never coming back.

The place was clean, and breakfast was wonderful, simple as it was. The rooms are good for the price, too. Everyone who works there is a ten out of ten, and the service was lovely.

The location and bathroom were good, and the old air conditioner still cooled the room really well. The rest made for a bad stay. Breakfast came as kits and was the same every day. There were no extra pillows when I asked, and they didn’t have a straw either. The beds and minibar were old, and the old door had gaps. There weren’t many staff, and getting someone to open the door took forever. I stayed three nights, but I won’t return or recommend it. For the price, it could have been much better.
