Pousada Arena Castelão

Good afternoon. I’d suggest improving the electrical setup in the rooms, the internet, the AC, and the parking. The staff could be friendlier too, and breakfast needs to be better. They don’t serve even one piece of fruit. They charge a lot and give very little in return. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of getting to know pousada Arena. The staff are well trained to give guests a good stay, and employee Rafaela will help you with whatever you need, so feel free to ask. Manager Diego Reis is a great friend. The place is clean and pleasant, with a family feel. I felt at home. Excellent.

My husband and I spent New Year’s in Fortaleza, and the hotel met our needs really well. Our room was small but laid out nicely. It isn’t close to the beach, just to be clear, but it’s very near Castelão. God willing, we’ll be back as soon as we can.

The pousada has a garage and air-conditioned rooms that work for families, solo guests, and workers. Breakfast was excellent and filling, and everyone there was so friendly and gave perfect service. I’m grateful for the stay and have nothing but praise. When I’m in Fortaleza, I already know where my home away from home is. 👏👏👏👏👏
