Rede Andrade Casa Blanca Hotel

The room was very spacious, with a mini fridge, TV and hot water, and I had a nice beach view. There's a small pool on the 10th floor. Most places are nearby, about a 10 minute ride to the mall or market, while the beach is a 4 minute walk.

The room was spacious and bright, with an ocean view, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. Casa Blanca is just steps from the ocean, in a fairly safe area with a few places to eat nearby. Breakfast has a range of choices, including coffee, eggs, a ham and cheese sandwich, jelly, yoghurt, fruit and cake, and the kitchen ladies were very friendly. The WiFi was strong and the AC worked fine. The hotel does need maintenance: the walls were a little dirty or discolored, the elevator was small, the TV had only a few channels, and the water wasn't hot. None of that really bothered me. I just wish there had been a bedside lamp so I wouldn't have to use only the main ceiling light in the evening. My brother and I stayed for a week and had a rather good experience. I'd read several negative reviews beforehand and was a little worried, but there was no need.

The hotel feels quite worn, and the toilet was packed. It's okay for just one or two nights. The varied, tasty breakfast is the main reason for my extra stars. The receptionist was responsive and helped with all our questions.

Nothing special. I'd try to avoid it, since I think you can find something at a better price.
