The staff were really kind, especially León and the women whose names I’ve forgotten. They gave me a very good deal, and the laundry service charged by the kilo was a big help. The place was clean, and the air conditioning at night was a huge relief.

After our first morning, we found bed bugs in the beds and checked out. The staff didn’t seem surprised, and so far we haven’t been refunded or heard of anything being done. The bed also wasn’t very clean, and the pillow smelled awful.

It was a great stay. The owner is lovely and welcoming, and always tries to help. It’s inexpensive, but everything is in great shape. The workers and other guests were all really cool, and the location is excellent.

What stands out most is the staff: Sai, León, and Julián are so attentive and helpful, and they make the hostel feel welcoming. The food is good, it’s clean, and quiet hours are respected, so it’s a nice place to meet people. The owner isn’t very attentive, but she’s rarely around, so it doesn’t get in the way much.
