The only thing going for this stay was how easy it was to get to the waterfront. My room was supposed to be a standard room, but when I raised the issues, they said they couldn’t move me. It had a window that couldn’t be opened because it looked into the breakfast room, and there was no bathroom fan or window. The room was dirty, moldy, and foul-smelling. I’d call it unhealthy and potentially dangerous for anyone with asthma or allergies. The bed was small and there weren’t enough blankets. The bathroom was in terrible shape too, with a tiny shower stall, rough towels, no shampoo or conditioner, and very poor-quality soap. Breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety, and the service wasn’t friendly. The pool was too cold to use, and most areas were dusty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location was the one positive thing, but we hated the stay and wouldn’t come back. We spent eight days there, and it was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at on our trips. The TikTok videos and the woman promoting the hotel were misleading. When we arrived, she was at reception and didn’t even say good morning. The attendant also made a poor first impression. We had a ground-floor room, and the rooms are tiny. Everything felt cramped, including the bathroom, where two people can’t fit and there’s nowhere to put soap except on the floor. There was liquid soap stuck to the wall, though I don’t know why, since it should be by the sink for handwashing. There aren’t any hooks for clothes either, so guests end up putting damp clothes on the furniture, which can ruin it. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, with two thin single blankets. It was very uncomfortable, and we didn’t get a good rest any day. The bathroom was especially cramped, and moving around the room was difficult. The hotel is small and tight in general, and the pool is so tiny it didn’t make us want to use it. At breakfast, a blonde employee looked so unfriendly every morning that it made us not want to eat there. We weren’t the only ones who noticed. She kept walking back and forth with a scowl, then asked which room we were in, which felt strange. We ended up eating quickly and leaving. They need to improve the staff in the breakfast area, provide proper comfortable double beds matching what guests pay for, and make other changes or they’ll keep losing guests. I really didn’t like it and don’t recommend it.

The Wi-Fi is awful, so don’t count on it for work. The rooms are below street level and the phone signal is poor as well. My room was tiny, had no window that opened, and smelled of mold from the lack of ventilation. There’s nowhere to dry your beach clothes or towels, yet the bathroom has a request to reuse towels. How am I supposed to reuse one that’s still wet? When I got back at 9 p.m., I asked for a blanket and was told housekeeping was closed and nothing could be done. I don’t understand why I can’t ask for something like that at night. The standard blanket was smaller than a single bed blanket, so someone of normal size can’t cover both their feet and shoulders. Only one receptionist was any good; the rest wouldn’t even answer good morning. I asked to change rooms, and they didn’t even bother to look at me. The shower drain was higher than the floor, so the water wouldn’t run off. Soap and sand collected in a gross pool around my feet. There was no bathroom window or vent to let the smell out, which made the room smell worse. Check-in wasn’t flexible either. We had to walk around outside until the proper time, then when we came back, the receptionist laughed and said we hadn’t filled out the form. So guests have to register themselves. I paid a lot and got a low-budget trip with no help. If you enjoy being stressed and uncomfortable through your whole stay, this hotel is for you.
