The owner was really disrespectful. We were left waiting outside for three hours, and he didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. If you book a hotel room in Fortaleza, you'll be fine, but with a pousada room, be prepared for this kind of embarrassing situation.

It was a horrible experience. We had already paid, but the owner left us waiting outside for two hours and wouldn't answer the phone. When he finally showed up, he didn't apologize or even say good afternoon, and he was disrespectful to my husband. At least we got our money back.

For what it costs, this simple pousada was about what I expected. There's no reception, check-in is online with an access code, and the old rooms are basic but functional. The breakfast is modest, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and the location is perfect. It met our needs, and it's good value if you're not demanding.

The location is good and the rooms are OK, but I didn't like that there's nobody around during the day. Breakfast is so-so, and some days there's barely anything left. Get there at 7 and it's already gone.

The location was the only plus. The place is basic, with no reception and difficult communication. The rooms smelled moldy, the beds and towels were bad, and there was no soap in the bathroom or Wi-Fi. The app says breakfast is included, but there was no breakfast. Not worth it, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
