The sunrise from here is a real spectacle. The apartments are small but very cozy, and the higher the floor, the more impressive the view of the Atlantic. The front desk staff are efficient and polite. Update from 2024: now that the building opposite has been demolished, the view is even more incredible!

The apartments are comfortable, well built, and very beautiful, with a great view. But the abandoned building right in front takes away from it a bit. If we'd known about that beforehand, we wouldn't have rented here.

I was only there briefly to do a job, and it didn't work out, so I can't say much about the place. I met Sr Iran and Rogério. It's in a great location, and you can see the whole sea from there. That's why I gave it four stars.

Loved it so much. The place is well organized, with a suite bedroom, a kitchen, air conditioning, and a direct view of the beach.
