There's a lovely view of the beach, and the location is convenient, between pharmacies and a gas station. The room itself could be better, though. The building needs renovation, and there should be a camera in the garage. Having just one WiFi network per floor is a bad idea too.
The apartment was comfortable and close to the beach and fair. The location was good, though the place felt a little old.
