We could check in early, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge. The hotel is close to the bus station, making it easy to get to Iguaçu park. It’s a great deal for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it.

Check-in day arrived, but my mother-in-law and her sister still had no instructions, even though the host said they’d send them 24 hours ahead. I called all day and got no answer. Four VRBO employees also tried to reach the host without success. I booked the suite for their visit to Brazil because of the good reviews, and now I’m left frustrated and completely disappointed. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable, a waste of my time, and reflects badly on both the host and the brand. Don’t stay here.

The rooms have been remodeled, but the small details are frustrating. The bed was smaller than a normal single, yet it had a queen-size comforter. There was a new kettle, but its cord couldn’t reach an outlet, and they supplied tea bags but no coffee. Check-in was easy enough, and breakfast was above average, but there’s no staff on site, which would be concerning in an emergency. Construction noise started after I checked in, from both the property and next door, though the property hadn’t mentioned any work. My first room had broken AC; the next had no power. They offered a refund, which meant I had to find another hotel soon after arriving. Reviewers should be honest: this is 2.5 stars at best. Spend a little more for a better location, amenities, and service.

The rooms are compact, but tidy and comfortable for the price. Everything was very clean, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Great location, highly recommend.
