We loved staying here. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were lovely. The location was ideal too, just around the corner from buses to the Falls and airport, with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby.

Affordable, with friendly staff, Wi-Fi and breakfast included. Most of the power outlets in my room didn’t work, though.

Our stay in January 2016 was full of regrets. We booked three private rooms on the third floor. Most of the staff were terrible, and people entered our rooms while we were away for no clear reason, even though there was no room service. One woman even caught my brother naked in the room next door. The rooms had old bathrooms, no TV or anything like that, and the door wouldn’t close. The shower stall had no door either. Breakfast was just bread, cold cuts, juice, coffee and milk. On the last day there was plain bread, since the cold cuts had run out and weren’t replaced.

Manoel gave us a warm, personal welcome and was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, had a private bathroom, and was clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee he made was very good. The shared kitchen was useful, and the internet worked well. Getting around was easy, with bus stops about a three-minute walk away for the airport, waterfalls, Ciudad del Este and Itaipu hydroelectric power plant. Supermarkets are close too, the nearest about 100 meters away. We were very happy with the service and would gladly return.
