8/10
The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a good shower, though it felt a bit tired. Breakfast was great, and the location is good. Service was good too, with very polite and helpful staff. I also agree with other reviews about a musty smell and a sewage smell coming from the drain. It fell a little short of what I expect from a 4 star hotel, but it wasn't bad.

10/10
The facilities were a real letdown. They're outdated and don't seem well maintained. The indoor pool was under maintenance during our stay, with dirt and construction materials left around. It would have been safer and better to close the area completely. There also weren't proper dedicated changing rooms for the pool, so we had to use the regular bathrooms or walk through the lobby and bar in swimwear. Neither was pleasant. The steam room also looked dated and not entirely clean. As a couple wanting comfort and privacy, we found that side of the stay lacking. The hotel seems more suited to families or large groups who may be less concerned about privacy. Our room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable for our needs, and the outstanding team made a big positive difference. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The restaurant meals and breakfast were highlights too. Breakfast had lots of fresh, delicious options. We had a very pleasant stay thanks mainly to the team.

The rooms are good, but the wifi connection cuts out often, even though it works between interruptions. I need a reliable connection to work online, so it doesn't meet my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Keep that in mind when booking.

The room was a decent size and the beds were okay, but the building feels worn. Noise carries badly through the corridor, and I could hear the plumbing. The windows also leak.

The staff were very polite, and the location was good. But our first room smelled musty, and the AC leaked above the bed. We switched rooms, only to find a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. We had to keep it closed except while showering, and even a quick shower left the whole room smelling bad.
