There were bugs and ants all over the room. This is a very bad hotel. Honestly, stay away. A cheap hostel would be much better.

The location is excellent, right downtown among shops and restaurants, and near attractions like the falls and Paraguay. The beds were good, but the double bed in my room smelled bad. The towels weren't properly clean and smelled of urine, and there was no face towel. Housekeeping did a very poor job: they didn't clean the room floor, just wiped the bathroom. The rooms also had a lot of mold and smelled like wet dog. A horrible smell of death came from the kitchen, which worries me since breakfast is prepared there. Breakfast itself was simple and reasonable, and good enough, but that kitchen smell made me uneasy. I don't need a fancy hotel, just somewhere well located and clean. For the price, this wasn't worth it. I'd recommend improving the cleaning, fixing the leaks, and fumigating, since I found huge cockroaches.
