My family and I stayed in Foz do Iguaçu from May 2 to 8, 2026. We booked through Booking and were meant to pay when we arrived at the hotel. The woman who greeted us was arrogant and rude, with no warmth at all. She answered simple questions sharply and showed no flexibility or courtesy. The accommodations were old, and the hotel looked poorly maintained. The bedding didn't seem clean or fresh. The beds advertised as queen and/or king were actually two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was disappointing too: little variety, bland food, flat cakes, packaged juices, and eggs that looked like they'd been prepared a long time earlier and had turned dark. It was the worst stay my family and I have ever had. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We arrived in the middle of the night and there was no water in the hotel for a shower. When it came back, it was cold, and the hot shower didn't work. The water problem was still there when we got up. Breakfast was disappointing, with food that looked old, hard bread, and cakes that seemed stale. The TV didn't work properly either, and even basic channels like Globo weren't available. It was a really bad experience. I won't be back and don't recommend it.
