The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for catching a bus to the falls on either the Brazilian or Argentine side. The customer service was the best I’ve had at a hotel. After my wallet was stolen on a bus, Mr Nilton helped me get it back from Paraguay and arranged to have it posted to Argentina for me to collect. It took a lot of work, and I really appreciate his help. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in Foz.

Hi, I booked through Booking and sent you a message there. Could you please reply? My flight gets into IGU airport at midnight, so I’ll be checking in quite late. Is that okay, and how much would a pickup from the airport cost? Thanks!

The rooms are good value, and the service is friendly and helpful. The location is good too. Just note that there’s no shared kitchen.

The place felt safe and central, near a big supermarket where you can also exchange money. They gave us lots of tips for visiting the falls, helped arrange a taxi to Paraguay, and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was okay. The broken shower was fixed quickly too. I’d stay here again. Thanks again, six out of five stars for customer service!

The location near the local bus station made it easy to get to Itaipu, the falls, and Argentina. One of the best places I’ve stayed while traveling in South America. The rooms were excellent, and the host spoke English and Spanish very well and was helpful with our questions about the area.
