The hotel is surrounded by nature and has a nice pool, but it's far from the city, so you'll need an Uber to get around. The rooms are clean, though Wi-Fi only comes through if you stand by the door or in the bathroom. Both the AC and fridge make distracting noise.

We booked a double queen room and had enough space to move around. The beds were sturdy and comfortable, so we could rest between tours. The breakfast choices were simple, tasty, and filling, with scrambled eggs and sausage in a mild red sauce or chopped kielbasa. We were there in the quiet low season, and the hotel had a peaceful countryside feel. Our stay at Interludium was brief but enjoyable. It's very close to the Iguazu airport, which was a relief after our late flight, and the hotel arranged a flexible late-night shuttle pickup so we didn't need a taxi. The staff were very nice and answered some questions professionally, even though they don't speak much English.

Breakfast was good, and we had excellent dinners both nights. The tourist information staff member didn't speak English, nor did most of reception, but we managed with Google Translate on our phones. Wi-Fi worked at first, which mattered because my phone only had 3G, but by morning it had stopped and stayed down for the rest of our two-night stay. That made booking an Uber difficult.

It's a little oasis in the middle of nowhere. The side roads leading there are bumpy, but once you arrive, the staff are super friendly, the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. That's all I could ask for.

It's a long way from everything. The main roads around there are being repaired, so a short trip into downtown means taking a big detour.
