Residencial Villa Porto Rico

I booked a package through decolar to stay here, and the whole thing turned out to be misleading. The day before my trip, I contacted the WhatsApp number decolar had provided to ask about check-in. The person responsible for Residencial was away and said she couldn't host me because of a leak and renovation work. She offered another place, but when I arrived there was nobody to greet me. The reception was shut, the building looked abandoned, and it felt more like a boarding house or shared residence. Some bedroom doors had padlocks, others looked forced open, and there was no sense of security. It was dark, creepy from the entrance, dirty, and dusty. The conditions were completely inadequate and uninhabitable. I called the same person and said I couldn't stay there, then asked if she had somewhere else. She just told me to cancel with the company where I'd bought the package because she had nowhere else. Total disregard. Those photos are all a facade. I absolutely do not recommend this horrible experience.

I stayed just one night, and there is no pool, despite what the photo claims. The pictures also aren't of this place. The shower and kettle didn't work, there were no towels even though the owner has a laundry, and the bathroom was dirty with soap stuck on it. There was no broom or cleaning cloth, and only two pieces of cutlery. The bed, well, you'd have to lie on it to understand. There was just one pillow for a bed. RUBIANE, the owner, was really rude. Good night, everyone.

I booked through the website, but when the day came, the owner told me she only accepted monthly stays and didn't host tourists.

A peaceful, safe place with a family feel. Really good.
