The room was clean, in great condition, and very comfortable, and we used the washing machines for free. Most of the time we enjoyed our stay, and for the price it’s very good value. I’d recommend it, though the kitchen needs attention. The electric appliances were adequate, but there wasn’t even the basic cookware, so cooking took a lot of effort and time. There’s no extractor hood and no other way to ventilate that room, so it smelled of onion and garlic throughout our stay. After cooking, the onion smell was so strong our eyes watered for more than 6-7 hours.

The room was smaller than I expected, but clean and comfortable, and the location is very central. They were quick to answer questions and really helpful. When we asked for more kitchen equipment, they brought it right away, and they replaced the broken kettle and bathroom door handle as soon as we asked.

We were really disappointed. We never got a key for the main entrance, and the service was awful. The mosquito service never came either. We came because of the laundry, but it was on the third floor and nobody gave us any instructions or help using it. Around 8 am, the cleaning lady was knocking on every door to ask if she could clean already. I’d ask for a refund if I could.

It was an average place to sleep, nothing more. The room has no window facing outside, just one facing the garage passage. Whenever someone opens the garage door, it’s so loud that it wakes you, even early in the morning or late at night. On our first night we killed more than 10 mosquitoes in the room. I don’t know how they got in, since the room feels like a dungeon. The one upside is the location: it’s very close to the urbano terminal, making it easy to get to the waterfalls from there.
